Im getting married to the neighbor dog next Thursday. Is this still legal in USA?

the maid of honor is an English Sheepdog named Rover. They'll be lots of cake, dogfood, catfood, yarn and bones, ..and antifreeze for Rovers relatives. ..feel free to crash the reception, its totally OK with us.
