My 5 year old sister has 104 temperature?

Why is this? She has been sick with a HIGH temperature for 3-4 days. She threw up the second day and her throat hurt her too. She was a little hyper on the 3rd day and she woke up early (5:00 AM) for the past 2 nights. All she does is sleep and she doesn't eat a thing. She only drinks water. She hasn't asked for water much lately. D: She is SOO warm! Her nose is also stuffy. She can't fall asleep. She wakes up every 5 minutes. Help! What should I do? She took pain reliever/Fever reducer but no help. We went to the doctor the second day and he gave her nothing.
