Why is China being the bad guy?

china is always being bad by going against the USA. now they want the IMF to change the US dollar as a reserve currency and replace it with something different. why are they always anti-USA? going against the USA means going against freedom. it's that simple. if you're anti-USA, it's most likely because you HATE freedom. i think that's why china hates us.
