Is our occupation of Iraq more important issue than the deaths caused by the insurance problems?

I have ruled out that Iraqi is even an issue. If it were an issue Bush and Cheney would be impeached instead the American people just awarded another 70 billion to Bush no strings attached. The helpless not insured are the bigger issue and Hillary has detailed a not socialistic plan to insure all. Most of her plan has already been implemented except doing away the preexisting condition and cherry picking.
