10 points!:How can a girl show a little interest to a shy guy to help him open up....when others are around?

if he's shy and you are shy then the best thing would be to use it to your advantage and make the first move, it won't be terrible because you know the guy your dealing with is in the same dilemma, maybe he's just waiting for you to make the move...it's ok to be shy, everyone is at some point, but if you both act shy around each other and keep hinting each other, you won't get far, so be the bigger person and make that move :)..what's the worst that can happen?
