Please help me i'm desperate just found out my husband has syphyllis don't know what to do?

I feel very depressed knowing that my husband was told by a doctor that he has syphilis all i've done is cry cry and cry trying to not believe it and asking our jesus that i am not infected don' know whether to leave him or stay with him i am extremely hurt i just want to die please tell me what i can do please
