Should I choose to live on campus at USC? If you live at USC dorms, do you need a car to get to places?

Your housing expenses in LA will be at least four times what you are now paying for anything decent and you have to commute as USC is not in a very good part of the city. A car would be very helpful, but gasoline and parking are very expensive in LA.
